EU heads of state and government as well as opposition leaders of the European People’s Party (EPP), along with the Presidents of the European Council and the European Commission – Donald TUSK and Jean-Claude JUNCKER – have been invited to participate at the upcoming EPP Summit, which will take place in Brussels on 28 June. On the agenda will be the preparation of the European Council meeting of 28 June and 29 June.

EPP President Joseph DAUL will host the Summit. The Chairman of the EPP Group in the European Parliament, Manfred WEBER, EPP Secretary General Antonio LÓPEZ-ISTÚRIZ and the members of the EPP Presidency will participate.

Angela MERKEL (Germany), Klaus IOHANNIS (Romania), Nicos ANASTASIADES (Cyprus),

Boyko BORISSOV (Bulgaria), Viktor ORBÁN (Hungary), Enda KENNY (Ireland) and Mariano RAJOY (Spain) are currently the EPP heads of state and government in the European Council.

28 juin: Rencontre des dirigeants du PPE au sommet du parti à Bruxelles, précédant le Conseil européen 

Les chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement, les chefs de l’opposition de l’Union européenne, appartenant au Parti populaire européen (PPE), ainsi que les Présidents du Conseil européen et de la Commission européenne Donald TUSK et Jean-Claude JUNCKER, ont été invités à participer au prochain sommet du parti, qui se tiendra le 28 juin à Bruxelles. La préparation du Conseil européen des 28 et 29 juin sera à l’ordre du jour.

Ils seront reçus par Joseph DAUL, Président du PPE. Le Président du groupe PPE au Parlement européen Manfred WEBER, le Secrétaire général du PPE Antonio LÓPEZ-ISTÚRIZ et les membres de la Présidence du PPE participeront à la réunion.
