EPP Summit Date: Thursday, 26 June 2025 from 07:30 to 09:30. Venue: Hotel Sofitel Brussels Europe, Pl. Jourdan 1, 1040 Brussels.   EPP Leaders will participate in the EPP Summit in Brussels on Thursday 26 June. Preparations for the European Council on 26 and 27 June will be on the agenda. EPP President Manfred WEBER and EPP Secretary General Dolors MONTSERRAT will host the Summit. The following leaders have confirmed their attendance:  
  • President of the European Commission Ursula von der LEYEN and President of the European Parliament Roberta METSOLA.
  • Heads of state/government Nikos CHRISTODOULIDES (Cyprus), Luc FRIEDEN (Luxembourg), Ulf KRISTERSSON (Sweden), Friedrich MERZ (Germany), Kyriakos MITSOTAKIS (Greece), Luís MONTENEGRO (Portugal), Petteri ORPO (Finland), Andrej PLENKOVIĆ (Croatia) and Donald TUSK (Poland).
  • Deputy Prime Ministers Marian JUREČKA (Czechia), Bruno RETAILLEAU (France), Antonio TAJANI (Italy) and Vincent VAN PETEGHEM (Belgium).
  • Opposition leaders Annita DEMETRIOU (Cyprus), Janez JANŠA (Slovenia), Mona JUUL (Denmark), Laurynas KASČIŪNAS (Lithuania) and Alberto NÚÑEZ FEIJÓO (Spain).
  • Members of the EPP Presidency Magnus BRUNNER, Andrzej HALICKI, Kostis HATZIDAKIS, David McALLISTER, Mairead McGUINNESS, Siegfried MUREŞAN, Paulo RANGEL, and Dubravka ŠUICA.
  • EPP treasurer François-Xavier BELLAMY (France).
  • President of the EPP Group in the CoR Sari RAUTIO.
    Press registration Journalists wishing to cover the EPP Summit must register by 25 June via the following form: https://forms.office.com/e/SA9XJRac8L. For security reasons, please ensure that you bring a valid form of identification. Journalists will be given access to the venue upon presentation of their accreditation badges issued by the European Council or their national press ID cards. Note to the press Press registration will open at 07:00. Due to the early timing of the Summit, the press working area will be limited.
