Manfred WEBER, the Congress in Madrid will tackle a wide range of challenges Europe is facing, from security to economic recovery. While the EPP Congress in Madrid will focus on foreign and security policies such as migration and fighting terrorism, it will also deal with crucial issues that are high on the European agenda: growth, employment, the digital single market, climate change and the partnership between Europe and the United States.
The Congress will also elect the complete EPP Presidency, including the President, Vice-Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary General. 2,000 participants from 40 countries have been invited to participate in the Madrid Congress.
